Position: Co-Owner

Carla has worked in human resources at the start of her career. She has been associated with this family business from 2000 until the present. Carla is multi-skilled in business operations, parts look-up, and customer service. She keeps the flow of work moving forward to ensure you are getting exceptional customer service professionally and as quickly as possible.

Abe is our Lead Technician for the Company. Abe is a retired Veteran of the U.S. Army in combat operations. One of his previous jobs was working offshore as the Lead Technician. Abe possesses an amiable personality and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality service that meets or exceeds customer expectations at all times. He has all up-to-date knowledge specializing in Heating, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, and appliance repair.

Position: Founder

Carl is a retired Vietnam Veteran from the U.S. Navy and Marines. He then continued his career as the Founder and Director of this company. He started this business in 1976 and built it for his family to carry on a legacy. He strived and continues to strive for customer satisfaction and reliability. We are blessed to have such a strong backbone for Major Appliance.

Position: HVAC and Appliance Repair Lead Technician 

 Dawson has a vast knowledge of appliance repair, installation, and HVAC experience.He can diagnose problems quickly and install, maintain, and repair heating/cooling systems.  His experience helps our customers know the job will get done on time and efficiently. 

Position: Technician Assistant

 Ethan assists our technicians on the job helping provide professional and quality service. He is experienced in HVAC, Appliance repairs, and installations on appliances and HVAC systems.
